Booking Conditions


Deposit Policy

Deposit is normally $300 but increases to 20% of the full tariff for bookings over $2,000.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be applied as follows:

  • Cancellation with more than 7 days’ notice: $50 fee.
  • Cancellation with less than 7 days’ notice: 25% of your tariff (up to 2 weeks) with minimum - $300
  • Maximum - the amount you have paid to us as a deposit.
  • No show: Full amount you have paid us, up to 100% of the first weeks’ tariff.

All remaining money will be refunded using the same method as payment was made.


Your credit card details (or a cash bond of $300) and photo ID will be required at check-in to cover incidental items such as (but not limited to): breakages, damage or excessive cleaning if the apartment is left in an unacceptable condition. Any cash bond, less expenses, will be refunded on departure once the apartment has been checked.
